Job Description
Connecteam is seeking a Customer Account Executive to build relationships with SMB clients, provide product support, and improve the platform based on client feedback. This role focuses on revenue generation, consulting, and contributing to the team’s pipeline. The position offers a challenging and impactful work experience within a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS companies
- Strong record of quota attainment
- Strong customer relation skills
- Self-learner, autodidact, and high independence
- Strong time management skills
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Spanish fluency (plus)
