They are seeking a Mid Market Customer Success Onboarding Manager to manage the onboarding experience for their clients, ensuring they maximize their use of Connecteam and drive product adoption. This role involves leading projects, conducting discovery, delivering training, and acting as an advisory point to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
- Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with integrations and technical product setup
- Exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills
