They are seeking a Mid Market Customer Success Onboarding Manager to guide clients through system setup, training, and product adoption. The role involves leading onboarding projects, managing client expectations, and advocating for client needs.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with integrations and technical product setup
- Exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
