They are seeking a Mid Market Customer Success Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding experience for their clients, ensuring successful system characterization, technical setup, and integration. The role involves guiding clients through training, managing timelines, and providing customer advisory services.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management roles
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with integrations and technical product setup
- Exceptional communication, training, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
