Job Description
We are looking for a Principal Data Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of SQL Programming Language, SQL Server, Oracle Relational Database Systems, and cloud data solutions. They will be responsible for developing database integration solutions, providing technical leadership and mentoring to developers, and leading complex production support initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL Programming Language
- SQL Server and/or Oracle Relational Database Systems
- Cloud data solutions such as Databricks
- Multiple data integration tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Databricks Transformation capabilities and replication engines
- Source Control Applications such as GIT or Bitbucket
- Principles and techniques of the application development process
- System integration and software dependencies
- Logical and physical database design concepts
- Major PCC database systems and business processes
- Business Intelligence application such as Microsoft Power BI
