Jr. Project Billing Analyst

Requirements

• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing project invoices in accordance with client contracts, company policies, and deadlines.
• Partnering with Project Managers to review draft invoices and making necessary adjustments.
• Verifying billing information, including rates, expenses, markups, and tax requirements.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date billing records within Deltek Vision (training provided).
• Monitoring unbilled time/expenses and following up to ensure billable items are captured.
• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicating professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status.
• Supporting the Accounting team with month-end close processes related to revenue recognition.
• Collaborating with the Collections team to help resolve past-due accounts.
