Job Description
This Global Talent and Learning Manager will design and deliver Talent and Learning plans aligned with business strategy, managing talent reviews, succession planning, and program development for a global workforce. The role involves collaboration with HR Business Partners, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to meet objectives and retain talent. This position focuses on improving manager and employee development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Requirements
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop talent and learning solutions.
- Manage talent review and succession planning activities.
- Develop and deliver coaching and mentoring programs.
- Ensure managers have engaging performance discussions.
- Utilize learning platforms and analytics.
- Manage control risks learning platform.
- Native or professional proficiency in Chinese preferred
