- Proven track record of independently defining and driving complex, cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen: analytical skills focused on unit economics, LTV/CAC, and growth modeling.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, office-only environment with daily execution rhythms.
- Fluent in English; fluency in German, French, or Italian is a strong plus.
