Job Description
Cornerstone Care has a long history of serving patients in Southwestern PA and Northern WV. The Dental Practice Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the dental operations in the health center. This position ensures the delivery of efficient, high-quality patient care through effective supervision of clinical and administrative support services.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare
- Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of medical/dental practice operations
- Commitment to health equity and serving underserved populations
