Onsite Crew Accommodation Agent

We are looking for a Crew Accommodations Agent to join our TA Connections division. In this role, you will be responsible for booking hotel accommodations and handling emergency relocations of crews. You will work closely with clients and internal departments to resolve problems and expedite work.

Requirements

• 2 years of crew scheduling, hotel, and/or customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong PC skills with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm and strong Internet navigation skills
