As a customer success manager, you will shape and long-term influence the customer success area for the subcontractor segment. You will accompany subcontractors through onboarding, support and analyze usage, recognize risks early on, and develop accounts actively. You will also build processes and structures actively, test new approaches, evaluate their success, and shape the foundation for sustainable customer success in the subcontractor segment.
