Job Description
Covenant HomeCare is seeking a full-time, LPN-HC to provide nursing care to patients in their home care and hospice program. The role involves a full rotation between day and evening shifts, reporting to a Clinical Supervisor. The company emphasizes quality home healthcare and patient well-being. They have been serving communities in East Tennessee for over 40 years.
Requirements
- Perform and record cardiovascular and other assessments.
- Administer medications (IV, nasogastric/gastrostomy, etc.)
- Provide care for patients with feeding tubes and other medical devices.
- Educate patients and caregivers on their condition.
- Document administration of medications and plan of care.
- Follow infection control policies.
