Job Description
Covenant Home Care is a large, non-profit homecare and hospice provider in East Tennessee, Cincinnation. They are seeking a Full-Time, 72-hour/pay-period, 12-hour shift LPN-HC to provide nursing care to homebound patients. The role involves comprehensive assessments, treatments, and collaboration with a Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals. They emphasize quality care and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- Perform and record cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, GI, and skin assessments.
- Perform treatment procedures, including nasogastric/gastrostomy tube insertion, IV administration, and other procedures.
- Administer medications, including intravenous and venipuncture, in accordance with HomeCare policy.
- Follow Medicare guidelines and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with the RN and provide updates on patient conditions.
