We're looking for an Account Executive to drive new business, close deals, and help small and growing companies rethink how they manage compensation and benefits. As an Account Executive, you'll be on the front line of Coverflex's growth owning the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and representing Coverflex in every conversation with potential customers.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS / tech a strong plus)
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound prospecting
- Comfortable running end-to-end SMB sales cycles (discovery → close)
- Strong organisation skills to manage a growing pipeline
- Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and quota-driven environments
- Clear, confident communicator in writing and live conversations
- Proactive, resilient, and motivated to learn fast
