Enterprise Account Executive

Crescendo is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team. The role involves building relationships with large, complex enterprises and guiding them through the transformative power of Crescendo's AI solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a consultative approach, deep knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, and an aptitude for building long-term, trusted relationships with C-level executives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, specifically in CX, AI, or similar technology solutions
• Consultative selling and ability to engage C-level decision-makers in strategic discussions around AI and customer experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the sales process and proven ability to manage a complex sales pipeline
• Ability to think critically and creatively to design solutions that align with the unique needs of each client
