Blossom Hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the hotel's dining outlets, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining to ensure an exceptional luxury guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent knowledge of service standards, fine dining etiquette, and luxury hospitality practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic knowledge of inventory/cost control.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to carry trays, move chairs/tables, and lift up to 30 lbs. as required.
- Food Handler Certification
