Reid Accountants + Advisors is hiring a Senior Payroll & HR Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and support key HR functions for multiple clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll administration experience, ideally working at a payroll company such as ADP, Paychex, or Asure
- Experience interacting with HR platforms such as Employee Navigator and supporting HRIS integrations
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements (federal, state, and local)
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as ASURE, ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
