Billing Systems Analyst I

As a Billing Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for helping to identify, document and execute billing requirements or tasks which feed the financial cycle, providing quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• AA Degree or equivalent in Information Technology related field
• Meets with clients or internal teams to gather and document billing requirements and/or tasks
• Translates business requirements to system requirements
• Demonstrates system functionality to client
• Identify potential impacts as business requirements change over time
• Identify areas of automation, process improvements and be able to lead initiative to completion
• Gathers and analyzes information and uses it to develop effective solutions to problems or situations
• Communicates effectively to convey and clarify moderately complex information
• Ability to troubleshoot issues discovered in automated processes
• Telephony wholesale or retail billing experience is an advantage
• UNIX knowledge is a plus
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• C# and Python knowledge is a plus
