Billing Systems Analyst II

The Billing Systems Analyst II will set up customer billing schedules, process and analyze data, produce invoices and billing reports, and support Managed Service customers directly. The role requires sound problem-solving and time management skills, and the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related discipline
• Knowledge of telecom billing solutions, rating and charging systems, and interconnect billing
• 3-5 years of experience in documenting support plans, support strategy, and support cases
• Experience in telecom OSS/BSS domain
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels
• Experience in at least one scripting language and experience in any SQL/No-SQL/Oracle database
• Working knowledge of Unix and various application configuration and production support
