We are looking for a Sales Executive who will generate new sales and add-on sales revenue through the creation of unique and compelling value propositions, messaging and positioning documents, and presentations that align CSG Communication Design and Delivery with our customers’ go-to-market strategies and position CSG as the preferred provider in our target markets.
Requirements
- Own a book of business to leverage for obtaining sales goals
- Generate opportunities within the book of business and close sales
- Travel to client meetings and conferences
- Presentations on products to clients
- Manage promotional outreach to clients and internal customers (CDMs) to support existing clients/verticals
- Work with internal Client Business Units on activities with each customer to ensure alignment and visibility
- Work with the internal team on quotes and timelines for opportunities and execution of campaigns and closed opportunities
- Build a pipeline within our Salesforce sales tool (or other application) of prospective clients/opportunities and assist with forecasting revenue
- Set up client with appropriate pricing, allowing for medium margins to be generated while following the card rules, regulations and guidelines
- Research and study competitors and know our differentiators
- Understand current market trends and industry challenges to provide CSG solutions that fit client needs
- Manage your time effectively to complete your tasks
- Communicate effectively with your manager to include when problems are not resolved for your clients in a timely manner
- Maintain a good knowledge of the products that we offer and provide feedback for additional products that are required for your continued success in selling
