Job Description
Cuso International is seeking a volunteer to monitor and evaluate performance of national conservation trust funds. This role focuses on supporting the capacity of local governments in the Caribbean to effectively manage data, analyze information, and achieve gender-responsive results in climate change adaptation and mitigation. The volunteer will work on capacity building, data collection, and reporting, with a focus on gender equality and empowerment of women and girls in the region.
Requirements
- University degree in a social/political sciences field (international development, gender studies, human rights, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience in a position related to promoting gender equality, diversity, or women's development
- Experience working with government agencies
- Experience in training and facilitation
