This Volunteer Placement is provided by Cuso International in Kingston, Jamaica, focused on strengthening the capacity of Caribbean vulnerable communities to implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) tools for LGBTQIA+ impact in Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Suriname. The volunteer will support the team in developing and administering M&E tools, leading training sessions, and contributing to improving outcomes for LGBTQ2IA+ communities. They will be working with a Partner organization CVC.
