Job Description
This Volunteer Placement is located in multiple countries (Dominica, Grenada, St Lucia, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Suriname), offering support to the development of gender-responsive planning, monitoring and evaluation procedures, and capacity building for staff. The role focuses on strengthening capacity for program evaluation, data collection, and results-based indicators. Participants will work directly with local governments and collaborate with multiple M&E experts in each country.
Requirements
- University degree in social/political sciences, international development, project management, or related field
- Specialized training in program monitoring and evaluation, results-based reporting
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a position related to monitoring and evaluation of projects
