Requirements
- Highly motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Extremely organised with a high level of attention to detail, adhering to quick turn around times with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience in an office environment
- Polite Telephone manner
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Good PC skills with ability to learn new systems quickly
