We're hiring an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our team at Cyberhaven, based in Austin, TX. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving top-of-funnel pipeline for a cutting-edge, highly technical product that's redefining data loss prevention and insider risk.
Requirements
- 6+ months of SDR experience at a SaaS company with a highly technical product
- Comfortable learning and speaking to technical concepts
- Skilled communicator - both written and verbal with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- Proficient with CRM and sales engagement tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, or Sales Navigator (or comparable platforms)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify customer pain points through research and discovery
- Collaborative team player who works well with marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver a seamless buyer experience
