Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives based in Austin, overseeing sales performance across the commercial segment and driving new business acquisition, expansion, and overall revenue growth.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing a B2B SaaS commercial sales team
• Experience working for a cybersecurity company is required
• Proven success leading a quota-carrying team to exceed revenue targets in a complex, technical sales environment
• Strong ability to hire, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals
• Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
