Job Description
Cyderes is a fast-growing cybersecurity services provider seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to lead their growing SDR team. The role involves managing and coaching a team, prospecting to drive pipeline growth, and collaborating with sales leadership. It's a demanding position within a highly competitive and innovative environment.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role—preferably in tech or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving results through outbound sales motions
- Experience mentoring or coaching others (formal team leadership a plus)
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Highly organized with the ability to manage both personal prospecting and team oversight
- Coachable, goal-driven, and hungry to grow into a leadership career
- Passion for technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sales
