Requirements

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, and terminations
• Coordinate and manage international payroll cycles
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs
• Support benefits administration
• Foster employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal HR policies
• Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers
• Organize and support internal communications, onboarding sessions, and team activities
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives
