HR Manager (English & German)

D-ploy is a dynamic IT and Engineering Solutions company operating across the EMEA region, looking for an HR Manager to join their team and take ownership of the day-to-day HR operations across international locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an operational HR role (HR Manager, HR Generalist, or HR Officer) including direct involvement in international payroll, labor compliance, and HR operations.
• Fluent in English and German.
• High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
