Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for enabling organizational growth by attracting, sourcing, and securing top talent while ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient recruitment experience.

Requirements

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and workforce planning needs
• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and proactive talent mapping
• Screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates for hiring manager review
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare interview guides, and ensure accurate documentation of feedback and decisions
• Support offer preparation, salary alignment, and negotiations while maintaining compliance with company policies
• Follow up with candidates through to joining, managing pre-employment documentation, background checks, and onboarding readiness
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports to provide insight into hiring progress, trends, and recruitment KPIs
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, job fairs, and talent marketing campaigns
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
