Requirements
- Matriculated student in Business Administration, Commercial Law, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable course of study
- First practical experience in Customer Care or Service area is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Experience with SAP or other CRM systems is helpful, but not a requirement
- Secure handling of MS Office applications
- Structured and meticulous working style
- Communication skills, reliability, and self-initiative
