Dandy is hiring an Onboarding Manager to own the earliest and most critical stage of our customer lifecycle, building the infrastructure that takes a dental practice from the moment of sales handoff through active ramp.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations and/or strategy within a high-growth startup or large tech environment.
- Proven experience leading teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics
- Strong customer communication skills
- Strong data-driven approach to analyzing performance
- Highly process-oriented
- Experience working as part of a high-performing, collaborative team
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle hands-on problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to identify and address operational gaps and weaknesses
