Training Operations Manager

Dandy is hiring an Onboarding Manager to own the earliest and most critical stage of our customer lifecycle, building the infrastructure that takes a dental practice from the moment of sales handoff through active ramp.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations and/or strategy within a high-growth startup or large tech environment.
• Proven experience leading teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex logistics
• Strong customer communication skills
• Strong data-driven approach to analyzing performance
• Highly process-oriented
• Experience working as part of a high-performing, collaborative team
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and tackle hands-on problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to identify and address operational gaps and weaknesses
