We are looking for a Head of IRF Key Accounts to drive profitable, long-term growth with our Top Strategic Accounts. This is a high-impact role that involves shaping global account strategies, owning end-to-end customer relationships, and building sustainable partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience from business development, key account management, or strategic sales in a complex, international environment
- Relevant industry experience and a background in the HVAC or Refrigeration sector is a plus (2–5 years preferred)
