Job Description
The Management Trainee Program provides hands-on experience for recent graduates in Dayton Freight, allowing them to learn industry operations, develop leadership skills, and gain knowledge of the company. This 24-week program aims to prepare trainees for future management positions. The role involves learning the LTL Industry, gaining operational experience, and participating in all aspects of Dayton Freight's operations.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
