Job Description
This Management Trainee Program is for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. It provides 24 weeks of hands-on experience within the Dayton Freight Company, fostering growth through team participation, operational experience, and company knowledge. The program aims to educate future leaders and prepare individuals for management roles. This position is ideal for those seeking a fast-paced, dynamic environment with growth potential.
Requirements
- Valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Willingness to relocate to any Service Center
- Willingness to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
