Job Description
The Management Trainee Program is a 24-week hands-on program for recently graduated or soon-to-be graduating seniors. It offers a team-based experience, hands-on operation involvement, knowledge gain of the company culture, and development of future-based leadership skills, with a focus on future management roles within Dayton Freight.
Requirements
- Valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Willingness to relocate to any Service Center
- Willingness to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
