Job Description
The Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates, offering 24 weeks of hands-on experience at Dayton Freight. The program focuses on expanding experience, participating in all areas, gaining company knowledge, and developing future leadership skills. It is specifically for those pursuing future management positions within the Transportation Industry.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center
- Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
