Job Description
This Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates of colleges. The 24-week program offers hands-on experience with Dayton Freight's operations, team collaboration, and knowledge of the Transportation Industry. It also provides education on future-based leadership skills to prepare trainees for future management roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Willingness to relocate to any Service Center
- Willingness to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
