Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee HR benefits administration
- Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Human Resources related field
- Knowledge of benefits compliance including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and Section 125
- Analytical skills and thorough knowledge of benefit plan designs
