Job Description
The Dallas Children's Advocacy Center is seeking a Development Associate, Giving Programs for the Development Department. The Development Associate will be responsible for planning, executing, and growing DCAC's annual appeals, monthly giving program, and providing administrative support to the Chief Advancement Officer and Director of Advancement. The role focuses on building broad-based donor engagement and revenue through scalable giving programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-4 years of fundraising experience with demonstrated success in annual giving, donor engagement, or community fundraising
- Experience or knowledge of donor database entry and management, specifically Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
