Job Description
Decagon is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Systems to design, build, and optimize the company's GTM technology infrastructure. This is a high-impact position to shape the GTM infrastructure of a category-defining AI company.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, business systems or equivalent role
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce, with experience building custom objects, complex workflows, validation rules and integrations with other tools
- Proficiency with process automation tools and data visualization/reporting platforms
- Hands-on experience standing up GTM tools and driving adoption with field teams
