This role involves managing internal data, coordinating schedules, and maintaining communication across various tools. Requirements
- Native English speaker (or professional level)
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Support
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solver
