The VA will manage internal reporting, coordinate schedules, and maintain data integrity across various tools. Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative assistant
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Discreet and reliable with sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solver
