Job Description
Decentralized Masters is a rapidly growing DeFi education company seeking a highly organized and dependable Virtual Assistant (VA) to support operations and sales teams. The VA will manage internal reports, coordinate schedules, maintain data accuracy, and assist with communication, travel, and project management. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Requirements
- Native English speaker (or at least professional level)
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Support
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive)
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with sensitive information
- A proactive problem-solver with a ‘no task too small’ attitude
