Document Controller (On-site) - Multiple Sites

Decima International is seeking a highly skilled Document Controller to support its diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, technology, and construction. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable and quick to learn, with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Act as the single point of contact for all document control activities at the project site
• Assist project leads with the creation, submission, tracking, and closure of project documentation
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence at dedicated project locations
• Attend and facilitate project progress meetings
• Scan, organize, and file project documents
• Track project materials and prepare spreadsheets
• Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant legislation and quality standards
