Instructional Designer

Deel is seeking an Instructional Designer to create scalable learning experiences for global GTM teams. The successful candidate will design engaging, modular learning experiences that equip teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform at their best.

Requirements

• 3+ years of instructional design or learning experience design experience, ideally within enablement or fast-paced learning environments.
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise/Storyline, video production, and other eLearning authoring tools.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for writing, design, and workflow acceleration (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or similar).
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, Bloom's Taxonomy, and the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with an ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
