Requirements
- Hire and develop a team of Client Account Executives
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing opportunities
- Conduct regular 1:1s, forecast reviews, and strategy sessions
- Build and implement scalable sales processes
- Monitor sales pipeline and forecasts
- Act as a player-coach and partner with internal stakeholders
- Analyze performance trends and KPIs
- Ensure strong operational discipline
