Deel is a global payroll and HR platform for distributed teams, and we're hiring a B2B Marketplace Operations Manager to help transition to a curated B2B ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in B2B marketplace, partner, ecosystem, GTM operations, or a related SaaS/tech role.
- Experience supporting resale, licensing, procurement-adjacent workflows, or partner commercial programs.
- Strong operational execution across data integrity, process design, and cross-functional coordination.
- Solid understanding of B2B software categories (HRIS, ATS, security, finance, productivity, IT ops).
- Ability to define and enforce quality/tiering standards in partner ecosystems.
- Comfort with revenue-share / discount mechanics and performance tracking.
- Strong communication and documentation skills for partner positioning and GTM enablement.
