Requirements

• Manage Implementation of product from inception to completion
• Support and manage relationships with legacy clients
• Consult with customers on use cases and product functionality
• Collaborate with Sales and facilitate demos
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate appropriately
• Maintain documentation and become SME for company offerings
