The Digital Engagement Manager will play a critical role in managing, renewing, and expanding customers on our Population Intelligence platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in customer success, account management, or digital media/advertising technology, with experience supporting agency customers
- Background in healthcare marketing, healthcare data or SaaS strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, drive renewals, and grow accounts
- Strong understanding of digital audience activation, campaign workflows and multi-channel campaign execution
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, and healthcare privacy/compliance standards
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a start-up mindset
